charming hotel with friendly staff, great location near attractions, and cozy rooms with lovely views. surpassed expectations compared to previous Paris stays, especially enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff at Opera Dieppe.

Close to the station st lazare and to gallery lafayette, if you appreciate that.

Not enough hangers. No safe. Beds slip very easily. Doors still soundproofed.

Breakfast very simple. Sufficient rooms to sleep, but very noisy because of the street and the adjoining rooms. Employees very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location near la gare Saint-Lazare is quite good except for these two aspects, everything need to be improved. It was great, only 10-15 minutes walk from the Jardin des Tuileries, and also a La Duree and many lovely coffee shops were just in the neighborhood. The hotel looked safe and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice street view.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for a city like Paris, especially considering its central location near the train station. The staff were friendly and attentive, taking care of my needs throughout my stay. The basic amenities were in good condition, and I particularly liked the recently renovated bathroom. The cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

During my Christmas stay at this 2-star hotel, I really enjoyed the hotel’s cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, being within walking distance to many key attractions. I also appreciated the modern LCD TV in the room.

My only issue was that the walls seemed to be paper-thin, as I could hear my neighbors at times. , the shower had some damage and the shower bracket was missing, which made it difficult to use.

No air condition and fridge in the hotel. The furnitures are quite old.

Loved the cozy charm and intimate setting. the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep and the staff was very helpful when we needed their assistance. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the complimentary breakfast each morning was a nice touch, giving us a great start to the day. we did find the lack of elevators to be a bit of an issue, especially after a long day of sightseeing. the Wi-Fi signal wasn't very strong in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected. Despite these minor inconveniences, overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it to other couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The location, value for money, and staff make the hotel and excellent choice for anyone not expecting a North America hotel experience.
